Teaching Improvement and Equipment Scheme (TIES)
TIES is comprised of two grant schemes. A Small Grants Scheme for applications $10,000 and under and a Large Grants Scheme for applications over $10,000.
The Small Grants Scheme is administered by the Faculty Learning and Teaching Committees, in collaboration with the Office of the Deputy Provost (Learning and Teaching) and PVC.
The Large Grants Scheme is administered through the Office of the Deputy Provost (Learning and Teaching). When the amount applied for exceeds $50,000, the amount over $50,000 is $ for $.
Please note that 2009 applications are applied for in 2008 but will be referred to as 2009 Grants.
