Overview

If you are a student from another Australian tertiary institution, you may be permitted to undertake cross-institutional studies at the University of Sydney. Use the Faculty of Science Handbook or the Departmental/School websites to identify Science units of study that you would like to do at the University of Sydney. You need to be able to meet the same criteria/prerequisites as students enrolled at the University of Sydney (or have done equivalent units of study at your home institution) to be able to enrol in a particular unit of study.

Admission requirement

You must be enrolled for the current academic year in an accredited postgraduate course of study, normally in the sciences, at another institution. Your admission to a Unit or Units of Study at the University of Sydney is subject to approval, which may include the fulfilment of prerequisites in previous study or your professional experience, and availability.
