Admission requirement
To be eligible for admission, an applicant is required to have:
- an honours bachelor’s degree, from the University of Sydney in a cognate discipline* with at least a credit average (65 percent), or qualifications deemed by the faculty to be equivalent; or
- a bachelor’s degree, from the University of Sydney in a cognate discipline* with at least a credit average (65 percent), or qualifications deemed by the faculty to be equivalent and a minimum of two years of relevant work experience; or
- completed the Graduate Certificate in Digital Health and Data Science with a minimum of 65% credit average..
*A cognate discipline includes Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, Finance, Health Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related Health Profession or other disciplines that are deemed cognate by the Program Directors.
For qualifications awarded outside Australia, equivalencies and entry requirements are determined based on the country, institution and qualification.
As part of the embedded program, units completed under the Graduate Certificate in Digital Health and Data Science can be credited to the master’s degree.
