How we can help

Facilitating collaboration between academia and industry

We foster a closer understanding between the University and the outside world by opening the door to organisations in need of our expertise and enabling partnerships for researchers with a commercial idea.

Working closely with our eight faculties, the Research and Education Portfolios and beyond, we promote commercial research opportunities and provide a physical space for researchers, industry and business to interact. We can help with:

Dr Amani Batarseh, BCAL Diagnostics
"A connection to Westmead Breast Cancer Institute opened the door to meeting clinicians to start a local sample collection to validate the BCAL test. We also connected with fellow Knowledge Hub start-up, DetectED-X, about potential collaborations. These are just a few examples of the versatile connections established thanks to Sydney Knowledge Hub."
