Master of Heritage Conservation

The program aims to develop core competencies in the following areas:

  • The documentation and assessment of culturally significant places, including buildings, sites and cultural landscape.
  • The formulation of policy for culturally significant places and their effective management.
  • Understanding of the legal frameworks, policy positions and professional methods that govern heritage conservation practice.

You will be encouraged to think critically about:

  • How cultural value is determined.
  • Who should help to determine cultural value.
