Non-Western Music Performance Principal Study

Unit outlines will be available through Find a unit outline two weeks before the first day of teaching for 1000-level and 5000-level units, or one week before the first day of teaching for all other units.

Non-western Music Principal Study units

Non-western performance requirements applies to students in the following degrees, specialising in a non-western instrument. Specific requirements are listed in the relevant non-orchestral enrolment pattern.
(a) BMusic (Performance):
(i) 72 credit points in Principal Study 1-2; 3-8 (extended).
 
(b) BMusic/BAdvanced Studies (Performance):
(i) 72 credit points in Principal Study 1-2; 3-8 (extended).
 
(c) BMusic (Music Education):
(i) 24 credit points in Principal Study 1-4.
 
(d) Diploma of Music:
(i) 24 credit points in Principal Study 1-4.
