The Engineering Management specialisation covers in detail critical elements of engineering management, including the principles and tools that can assist communication, supervision, project management, team membership, decision making and risk management.

This specialisation also explores areas related to ethics, communication and people in organisations, economics, leadership, managerial decision analysis, marketing, business planning, the legal environment of business, risk management, human resource management, project management, quality assurance and management, and operations management.

It additionally offers an in-depth coverage of safety systems and risk analysis in this context, as well as opportunities to explore risk measurement and management in project financial management.
