Feasibility Guide for Town Planners

Learn about the relationship between planning, economics and development feasibility.

The aim of this workshop is to help explain the Feasibility Guide for Planners prepared by Dr Cameron Murray.

The two hour workshop will be led by Dr Cameron Murray and supported by Professor Peter Phibbs. It will cover the main points in the Guide as well as working through a number of case studies from several Australian cities.  

The aim of the workshop is to provide planners with the skills to examine the potential outcomes of changes in zoning or planning controls on the feasibility of undertaking development. 

Planners will be given a certificate by the University to confirm their participation which can be used for CPD purposes.
