Gift register upgrade

This project provides the technical support for changes and enhancements of the University's Gift Register, in partnership with the Trusts Office. The Gift Register utilises SharePoint and allows the Trusts Office to manage individual gifts and the entire gift portfolio, adhere to compliance requirements and produce reports to the Senate.

The enhancements that this project will bring include increased integration with information from other University systems such as the finance system (PeopleSoft), student administration (Flexsis/Sydney Student), museum catalogue, advancement and development support systems (Advance) and records management (TRIM). This initiative improves SharePoint functionality for the Gift Register by means of partitioned information, a streamlined look and feel for the Gift Register and improved reporting tools.
