What is administrative law?

Administrative law and policy is an area of the law that aims to develop an understanding of public policy objectives and appropriate methodological approaches to analysing the social and economic effects of reforms.

A postgraduate degree in administrative law is suitable for those already practicing in the legal profession as solicitors, barristers, magistrates or judges as well as those in non-legal fields such as government, regulation and education.
