Scaling up quantum computing using circulators

Researchers at the University of Sydney have developed a circulator that routes microwave signals on a computer chip, giving it potential to scale up architectures for use in quantum computing systems.

The paper, published in Physical Review X, highlights the work of Professor David Reilly and his team, including lead author Alice Mahoney, PhD Candidate in the ARC Centre of Engineered Quantum Systems at the University of Sydney.
