In your PhD project, you will focus on developing and evaluating a digital patient support hub for frail older adults to optimise medication management. This research will suit either pharmacists, medical professionals, nurses or individuals with public health training who are interested in learning how to co-design digital support tools for patients and their carers. Through this PhD project you will develop expertise in co-design, digital health development, implementation science and translation.
