Summary
Medication review is a Commonwealth funded service designed to achieve the Quality Use of Medicines. Pharmacists, medical practitioners, patients and other members of the health care team must work together in order to achieve this goal.

Synopsis
This project will utilize the existing framework for Home Medicines Review or Residential Medication Management Review to gain an in-depth understanding of all apects of interprofessional collaboration as they apply to medication review. The project will build on current research undertaken in this area by the group.
