Synopsis
Associate Professor Bath supervises students undertaking research on Chinese and comparative law and international business and commercial law, particularly research which focusses on legal issues relating to trade, finance and investment relating to China or the Asian region.
Additional Information
Examples of PhD, Masters and Honours theses supervised (completed and in progress) include the following:
- Hong Kong law basic law
- Dispute resolution in China
- Comparative study of cross-border financial issues in China, Australia and the US
Associate Professor Bath is interested in topics related to commercial and comparative studies involving China and/or the Asian region. Interested students must hold an Hons 1 or equivalent degree.
