Synopsis

3D printing of fibre reinforced polymer (FRP) composites will enable manufacturing and rapid prototyping of different structural sections in construction. This research investigates potential of 3D printing for manufacturing of structural elements under impact loads. Students with background in experimental, analytical, and/or numerical analyses are encouraged to apply by contacting Dr Ali Hadigheh.
