Masters/PHD

Synopsis

Current projects range from experimental studies testing the impact of innovative technologies (e.g. chatbots, wearable and wireless devices, mobile applications) in promoting lifestyle behaviour change for disease prevention and in promoting self-management of chronic conditions (e.g. atrial fibrillation) for better health outcomes. These experimental studies usually involve a qualitative component as well (e.g. semi-structured interviews with patients/clinicians). Other ongoing projects focus on statistical analyses of large datasets (e.g. primary care data, UK Biobank).
