About Associate Professor Veysel Kayser

Associate Professor Kayser obtained his PhD from the University of Leeds in the UK and then conducted postdoctoral studies at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry in Germany and at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) studying protein folding and aggregation, particularly with monoclonal antibodies, and biopharmaceutical formulation development. Subsequently, he worked at MIT as a senior scientist on vaccine formulation, method development, and particle size analysis. He has published numerous papers on the subject in reputed journals, supervised many MIT students, serves as an associate editor of Open Journal of Biophysics as well as acting as a reviewer for many other journals.
