About Professor Olivier Piguet

Professor Olivier Piguet's research investigates frontotemporal dementia and related younger-onset dementia symptoms, with the view to improve early diagnosis, prognosis and devise early and appropriate interventions.To achieve these aims, his lab uses a range of investigative techniques, including interviews, neuropsychological testing, structural and functional neuroimaging, neurophysiology (skin conductance, eye tracking, EMG), as well as biomarkers, genetic and postmortem data.

Professor Olivier Piguet works within the School of Psychology.  He is a member of the Brain and Mind Centre and also a member of the Charles Perkins Centre.
