About Dr Yong Xia

Dr. Yong Xia was awarded his PhD degree in computer science and technologies from the Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2007. Since then, he has joined the BMIT research group in School of IT, at the University of Sydney. His research interests include medical image analysis, computer vision, pattern recognition, data mining and machine learning.
