Seating preference study

This research looks at what makes a good seat in a concert hall

What defines a good seat in a concert hall?

Using your own VR equipment, you will be seeing and listening to a symphony concert at different seats in a concert hall. You will give a score to each seat position based on how you like the sound and the view, and you can jump between seats.

The program will be sent to you as an executable file, and you can do the experiment in your own time. When you are satisfied with the evalutation, you can export the results as a file and send it back.

Eligibility

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • have access to VR equipment (headset + controllers + headphones)
  • are over 18 years old
