Attitudes Towards Novel Pharmaceutical Therapies for Mental Health Conditions Among Autistic Adults without Intellectual Disability

Seeking Adults on the Autism Spectrum for participation in a survey

**Recreational drugs such as Ketamine, MDMA, and Psilocybin, and LSD are currently being tested as treatments for Mental Health conditions. We want to know how people on the Autism Spectrum feel about them **

Seeking Survey Participants:
We want to understand the attitudes of individuals on the Autism Spectrum towards drugs being tested as treatments for mental health conditions.

What will participation involve?
Participants will be asked to complete a 15 minute anonymous survey asking about their attitudes towards drugs such as psilocybin, MDMA, ketamine, and LSD, which are being tested as treatments for mental health conditions.

Participation in this research study is voluntary and the information that we collect from you is anonymous, and can not be traced back to you in any way.

Potential benefits to participating in this study:
We do not anticipate any individual benefits from participating in this study, however your responses will help researchers better understand the views of individuals on the Autism Spectrum towards new pharmaceutical treatments for mental health conditions.

Eligibility

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  •  Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have a diagnosis of being on the Autism Spectrum* OR
  • Self-Identify as being on the Autism Spectrum OR
  • Are e a primary caregiver of someone on the Autism Spectrum
