Study on cigarette smoking in people with depression

Researchers in the Faculty of Pharmacy are studying the patterns of cigarette smoking in people with depression who are taking different antidepressant medicines. 

By participating in this study, you will be contributing to new understanding in the field of study looking at the link between smoking and the use of antidepressant medicines for the management of depression. This knowledge has the potential to improve the treatment guidelines for smokers with depression.

What's involved?

A brief survey that should take up to 10 minutes to complete. 

All survey participants will enter a draw to win one of four $50 grocery vouchers.


You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • 18 years; taking an antidepressant medicine for the management of depression; and are proficient in English.
