How can we help workplaces to be mentally healthy places for Trans and Gender Diverse people with psychosocial disability?

We are conducting a study to understand about how to make workplaces mentally healthy for Trans and Gender Diverse people with psychosocial disability.

If you decide to take part in this study, you will be asked to complete an interview which will involve you answering a series of questions about workplace mental health barriers and enablers. You can do the interview online via Zoom (with your camera on or off as preferred) or by providing written responses to interview questions depending on your preference, and at a time that is convenient to you. The Zoom interview will be audio-recorded to make sure that we collect all the information you give us. The interview will take between 30 minutes and one hour, depending on how much you want to tell us. The written responses (if this option is chosen) is expected to take
between 45 minutes and 90 minutes. 

Eligibility

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • identify as Trans or Gender Diverse with psychosocial disability
  • be 18 years or older
  • be an Australian citizen
  • have current or previous employment experience, and are not at risk of experiencing an elevated level of stress from participating in the study
