Matthew is currently Acting Head of Growth at Amfin, with an operating executive background in high-growth financial technology companies including Open, Zip Co and Spotcap and a prior corporate life across consulting, banking at legal at companies including EY and ABN AMRO. He is also actively involved in Sydney’s tech startup community as a mentor in programs such as Blackbird Giants, Stone Chalk and WeWork Labs; and as an advisor to start-ups such as Instant. He is a guest lecturer in the discipline of Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship and a student mentor at The University of Sydney.
Katrina is CEO and Co-Founder of LeukBook, an ecommerce startup committed to creating a global, size 14+ fashion revolution. She comes to this role following a decade in the government and non-profit sectors, during which she led the development and execution of exciting projects across four continents, and managed large, multidisciplinary teams.
Dalton graduated from the University of Sydney having studied a double degree of Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) and was an Undergraduate Fellow of Senate (Non-executive Board Director) during his studies. In 2016 he started his career at Deutsche Bank in Asia in their Sales & Trading graduate program. There he worked across a range of different roles including Fixed Income Sales, Structured Credit, Distressed Debt and finally as a trader/structurer in emerging markets special situations. In 2020 Dalton joined Prezzee, going on to become head of Strategy & Governance and taking his global investment banking experience to keep Prezzee aware of its environment and eye on the prize. He's passionate about bringing out the best in people; whether through driving coordination across strategic planning or leading a volunteer effort to help the homeless outside of work.
A finance and technology enthusiast, Jake works in risk and capital analysis at Macquarie Group, where he supports business decisions such as funding and capital management strategy, risk appetite, and assessing risk-adjusted performance for investments. Immediately prior, he worked in group strategy at Stockland as a consultant to the executive team in their reporting to the board of directors across operational and investment decisions. Jake also sits on the Young Leaders Committee for the Urban Land Institute a global nonprofit that provides leadership in the responsible use of land and is an associate of several other interdisciplinary organisations.
Jenny is a Director in PwC's Consulting practice, working with government and public sector clients on achieving their strategic objectives. After commencing her career at KPMG in the Corporate Tax Division, Jenny has worked in a variety of roles across the advertising and communications and professional services sectors, moving from highly technical to more operational roles in organisations ranging from dual-listed multinational public companies to large private companies.
Jenny worked in the education sector as Group Director Operations at Think Education as well as a Consultant for a number of private education providers before joining PwC, where she is now working with universities on large transformations in what is a very challenging environment.
Chloe is currently working as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and has experience advising corporate clients on transformative mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raisings, with a focus on covering the technology sector and venture capital ecosystem. Having previously served as a student representative on the Business School Faculty Board, Chloe has remained connected with the Business School and is eager to engage with alumni as a representative of the Alumni Network.
Frank is a Portfolio Manager within Insignia Financials' Diversified Portfolios (Default) team which manages in excess of $60bn on behalf of our MLC, Plum and ANZ superannuation members. Frank commenced his career as Research Manager at DEXX&R and later joined Dixon Advisory where he was responsible for developing asset allocation and investment strategies for SMSF portfolios. Frank is a CFA® charterholder and Chair of the University Engagement committee in CFA Society Sydney. He also holds Master of Finance from the University of New South Wales and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
As a young and motivated multicultural business professional with a critical mindset, Yue aspires to become an expert in areas which would provide her with an opportunity to deliver transformational outcomes for the new digital world and eventually generate a positive impact. Yue is a consultant at Workday and President of the CEMS Club Sydney.
