Betty Xiang
Betty Xiang is an MBA Career Development Specialist with over 10 years of experience providing career management support to MBA and other Management students and alumni. She regularly advises and coaches MBA students and alumni in developing their individual career plans and strategies in conjunction with the MBA study to achieve their career goals .
Barbara Mackie
Barb Mackie has over twenty years working in career education in the university sector, most recently specialising in coaching MBA students. Each MBA student has a compelling story, and the opportunity to reimagine their careers through design thinking. Using a strengths-based approach to career development, Barb coaches MBA students to clarify their purpose, explore options, leverage from past experience and create a future. Barb has a track record in guiding students to articulate their personal profile and presence (in person and online) to develop and expand strategic networks and relationships to bring career goals to reality, gaining confidence and managing uncertainty.
