Courses - Bachelor

There should be no issue with the Bachelor of Science degree, however it would be dependent on the major/minor component, so please check this advice. For the Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, please check the advice from the Faculty of Medicine and Health.

The Faculty of Science has been communicating with all impacted students. There are no components in first year Master of Nutrition and Dietetics which can be undertaken remotely in Semester 1, 2021.  Advice has been sent to the students progressing from Bachelor of Science to the Master of Nutrition and Dietetics. If you cannot arrive in Semester 1 2021, you will need to suspend your studies. The Sydney School of Veterinary Science has been communicating with all impacted students. Years 1 and 2 units of study can be undertaken remotely. If you have any concerns around your progression in the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or are unclear on you options, contact Veterinary Science Education Support at vetsci.education@sydney.edu.au

Courses - Doctorate

The Sydney School of Veterinary Science have been communicating with all impacted students, including Bachelor of Veterinary Biology students progressing to the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Students can start in Semester 1 but need to be on-campus by Semester 2.

Majors and minors

You can complete Semester 1 remotely. If you cannot be on campus for Semester 2 you will need to suspend, although you may be able to study other units in semester 1 for your second major.
