Read through your unit of study outlines carefully at the start of semester to make sure you're aware of when you need to be ready for your exams.
If required for your unit, in-semester tests, in-class assessments and quizzes will be arranged by your unit of study coordinator outside the end-of-semester exam period.
It's recommended that you don't make any extracurricular commitments or travel plans throughout the end-of-semester main and replacement exam periods. Exams will be scheduled to start at 9am, 1pm, or 5pm and you won’t necessarily have an exam at the same time or day as when you usually have class for that unit.
In 2026 each session, including intensives, will have a dedicated exam period after their teaching dates. These dates are outlined on our Key dates page.
If you are completing a unit during a 2025 intensive or other session, your exam period is not available on the Key dates page. Instead you will need to refer to your unit of study outline to see which of the exam weeks you have been assigned.
