The University of Sydney is collecting your personal details and information about your commitments on this form to manage your participation in the Pilot Arrivals Program.

The information we collect will be shared with the Australian Government, the NSW Government and commercial organisations who are helping to administer the Pilot Arrivals Program. This information will be collected and used to enable you to participate in the Pilot Arrivals Program. We will not share your personal information with anybody else without your consent, or unless we are authorised or required to do so by law. We will store your personal information securely and dispose of it as required by the State Records Act 1998 (NSW).
