MATLAB Use Agreement

Please read the policy carefully then indicate your agreement to act in accordance with the terms.

During the license term, programs may be installed and used by enrolled Students on their personally owned or leased computers. Students may not use a program on more than two (2) computers simultaneously, whether installed on individual standalone computers or on networked computers. The software is only covered by this license "so long as they are registered students at the University of Sydney or are employed by the University of Sydney". When your association with the University of Sydney in any of the above capacities is finished you will need to purchase your own license.

1. In addition to the above terms, research and development divisions and centres of universities, US agencies and other not-for-profit organisations do not qualify for the TAH licence option. Mathworks shall make the sole determination of Licensee's qualification for any TAH license option.
2. Ensure your computer meets the system requirements.
3. Please be aware that there will be license expiry warning messages appearing one month prior to the 1 October renewal date. This is a feature of the product and will disappear once the renewal is completed.
