Help and support

Staff at libraries and learning hubs can help with any questions you may have about SydPay and printing, copying and scanning

If no staff are available, contact the ICT Helpdesk on 1800 SYD UNI (1800 793 864) (option 3 for ICT) from 7am to 9pm, Monday to Friday.

Troubleshooting

If you are unable to add funds to your SydPay account, contact us at the Student Centre.

If your print job is faulty, you are entitled to a re-print. See the local staff for help or if you’re printing in an unstaffed space, call the ICT helpdesk on 1800 SYD UNI (1800 793 864) (option 3 for ICT) 7am to 9pm, Monday to Friday.

If your guest SydPay card is not recognised on the printer, try releasing the job on another device. If this is unsuccessful, consult local library staff for further assistance.

If there is a malfunction with the laundry machine or card reader, contact front-desk staff at your student accommodation.

Lost cards and compromised accounts

If you’ve lost your student card you should ‘deactivate’ it immediately through your SydPay account online. This can be found under the ‘Card services’ tab.

If you think someone has been accessing your SydPay account, deactivate your card then lodge an investigation claim in person at the Student Centre.
