The Sydney Abroad Fair is your chance to discover the international opportunities available to you during your degree. The 2020 fair will be held in Semester 2.

Four steps to study overseas

Attend the Sydney Abroad Fair or come to an information session to find out more.

There are weekly on campus and online information session where we help answer your all questions from destination to applications. You can also chat to Peer Advisers at the Student Centre (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm).

Start looking for your mobility window, the most ideal time in your degree to study overseas.

Depending on your course, electives and core units, your ideal program might be a short-term program (2-6 weeks long), a semester or even year-long exchange. We can help in the information sessions!

Check out the programs on the Global Moblity Database. Search by destination, subject area or program types.

There are hundreds of programs in more than 40 countries so remember you can 'Like' your favourite programs and view them for later.

Submit your application by the deadline and prepare to set off for an experience of a lifetime!

For semester and year-long exchange, applications are usually submited a year before you depart while short-term programs are anywhere between six to one month before you start. Don't worry, there will plenty of help while you're putting it together including drop-in advising sessions leading up to the deadline.
