BUSS2504: China Placement Program
2021 unit information
This unit is taken by students accepted into the China Placement Program while they undertake a professional placement with a business or government organisation in China. It includes preparatory coursework in reflective, professional practice and concurrent coursework on report and other professional writing skills. Assessment will include a reflective journal, research essay, and oral presentations all based on the placement and study abroad experience. At the completion of this unit, you should be able to:
- LO1. Develop written and oral communication by engaging directly with industry stakeholders.
- LO2. Identify different perspectives from the placement experience in order to improve practice.
- LO3. Synthesise personal experience and research to build an evidence-based argument.
