ECOS4207: Economics Project B
2024 unit information
In this unit, students will undertake their proposed research from the prerequisite unit ECOS4206 Economics Project A. Students will interact regularly with the instructor as their research progresses for support and feedback on their work. Supporting lectures will be delivered on academic writing and research results presentation and interpretation. Students will write up their research as a journal article.

At the completion of this unit, you should be able to:
- LO1. apply economic principles to analyse real-world problems
- LO2. critically review relevant literature
- LO3. apply appropriate quantitative techniques to generate and interpret results for research problems
- LO4. communicate academic research in a written context
- LO5. identify strengths and weaknesses in applied research as well as further research questions that may arise from research results
