The aim is to deepen your understanding of educational research and its relevance to your future professional career. The unit highlights how educational research is conducted and understood across different educational disciplines and their research traditions, processes and qualities. You will explore the relationship between research, practice and knowledge production and locate, critically analyse, and apply research to understand concepts, inform practice, interpret policy and engage in your own research.
