If you have a question or need our information technology (IT) services, you can visit our Learning Hubs during staffed hours, call our helpdesk or make an online enquiry.

Please listen for IT-related options including information about UniKey passwords and accessing Sydney Student, and choose the right option to access our helpdesk.
Opening hours
- 7 am to 9 pm, Monday to Friday
- 9 am to 5pm, Saturday
Please note these opening hours may change during the summer holiday period between December and January.
