If you're a current student, this is how you can get in touch with us.
The University of Sydney will participate in a small pilot program to bring some international students back to NSW in late 2021. Please check our website for more detail and updates on the program.
Student Centre in-person enquiries are currently suspended, but you can still get in touch by making an online enquiry or by phone.
The Student Centre is here to help with any questions you may have during your studies.
We are your first point of contact for student lifecycle information including, timetabling, enrolment, study abroad and exchange, and more.
You can make an enquiry online, access a webinar or call us. If you need in-person support, we can also make an appointment for you to meet face-to-face with one of our Student Centre staff. Please note, due to COVID-19 scheduled face-to-face appointments at the Student Centre are currently suspended. Student cards will be posted out to your nominated Australian mailing address.
We aim to respond to your enquiries in a friendly, accurate and timely way. We can provide general advice, and if we can’t provide a resolution to your issue, we can refer you to the appropriate person or department within the University.
We can answer questions related to all aspects of the student lifecycle including:

It’s important you don’t make a second ticket to ask about your existing enquiry, as this will slow down the process.
We aim to respond to you within the following timelines:
