Visit the University

Our campus is part of Sydney's history, culture and daily life
Although our campuses are currently closed, you can still explore the University in many ways online. We look forward to welcoming you back on campus soon.

The University of Sydney is taking all reasonable precautions to manage the spread of COVID-19, in line with national and state requirements. Due to the current Public Health Orders, our campuses are in after-hours mode and visitors to campus are currently limited to only those with an essential reason to visit.

To support contact tracing, all staff, students and visitors are required to use the Service NSW QR code to check-in to all University buildings and venues, as well as food and retail outlets and student accommodation.

As part of this approach, all visitors who do not have swipe card access are required to complete a declaration form to confirm that you meet the conditions of entry. This may include contractors, guest lecturers, affiliates and students enrolled in non-award short courses. Find out more about the conditions of entry for visiting the University of Sydney campuses.

If you feel unwell while on campus, please immediately isolate from others and notify your University host. You may be asked to leave the University to seek medical advice.

Please also familiarise yourself with the University’s updated emergency evacuation procedures.
