Early-stage Alzheimer's trial

12-week exercise and psycho-education program

Are you or someone you care about living with early-stage Alzheimer’s disease or mild cognitive impairment?

This study aims to improve mood, memory, sleep, metabolic health and quality of life as well as fitness, muscle strength and balance in older adults with early-stage Alzheimer's disease or mild cognitive impairment.

We are inviting individuals and their carers to participate in a 12-week exercise and psycho-education program, which is individualised to your needs.

Are you or someone you care about:

  • living with early stage Alzheimer’s disease or mild cognitive impairment?
  • aged over 60 years and not exercising regularly?
  • willing to undergo comprehensive medical, memory, sleep, cardiovascular and sleep assessments?
  • have follow-up assessments immediately following the intervention and eight-weeks post intervention?
