Onsite clinics

Patient services are an important part of the work we undertake, allowing us to connect directly with individuals whose lifes we hope to improve. Our researchers and clinics work in partnership with industry, hospitals and health care providers to develop innovative treatments, technologies and procedures, which offer potentially life-changing solutions for patients.

Importantly, research is informed by the needs of patients, carers, families and the community, to ensure the Brain and Mind Centre leads generational change in brain and mind sciences.

Autism and neurodevelopment

The Autism and Neurodevelopmental Research (CAN Research) conducts world-leading studies to enhance the lives of individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy and Tourette's syndrome.

Child behaviour research

The Child Behaviour Research Clinic works with children who present a range of behavioural, emotional and social development concerns. The clinic works alongside parents to deliver the most effective outcomes for families.

Gambling treatment

If you, or someone you know, is suffering because of gambling, we’re here to help. We offer face-to-face, online, and over-the-phone therapy for difficulties related to gambling harm and provide support for close friends and relatives.

headspace

headspace works to improve the wellbeing of young people aged 12 – 25. The youth mental health foundation has centres across Australia that provide young people with a range of support and information.

Psychology

The Psychology Clinic is a student-led clinic, staffed by postgraduate students who work under close supervision. Our services are for adults, children, adolescents, and their families, as well as University staff and students.

Multiple Sclerosis

A joint venture of the Brain and Mind Centre, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and Multiple Sclerosis Australia, we focus on developing innovative approaches and treatments for people with multiple sclerosis.

Healthy brain ageing

The Healthy Brain Ageing clinic works with older adults to assess, prevent, and treat cognitive decline, dementia, and mood disorders, with the aim of supporting brain health and enhancing quality of life.

Frontier FTD

The FRONTIER FTD research clinic specialises in frontotemporal dementia (FTD) and related brain conditions. Our clinic is integrated with the FRONTIER research program.

Neuropsychology

The Sydney Neuropsychology Clinic is a research clinic providing accessible neuropsychological assessment and intervention services to adults and older-adults who are experiencing changes in their cognitive, behavioural and social functioning.
