Future Leaders MBA Scholarship Application

Semester 1 applications open on 7 August 2023.
We are offering a full scholarship for our part-time MBA program, valued at over $60,000 to inspire and nurture the leaders of tomorrow.

Our MBA has a strong focus on developing the personal and interpersonal skills needed to lead in today’s hyper-connected, global environment – so that you can become your future anything.

The Future Leaders MBA Scholarship covers full tuition fees for a maximum of four years of part-time study. 

Eligibility

The Future Leaders MBA Scholarship is open to all students who meet the eligibility criteria for admission to the degree, Master of Business Administration (MBA).

The degree is currently not available to international students requiring a student visa. Current students enrolled in the University of Sydney MBA and University of Sydney employees are not eligible to apply.

1.

Applications available online for the Future Leaders MBA Scholarship.

Applicants must use the online form to submit their personal details, curriculum vitae, a copy of their academic transcript and a one to two page personal statement detailing:

  • how they demonstrate leadership experience and potential in their chosen field
  • what they hope to achieve professionally and personally by completing the University of Sydney MBA.

Applications close 10:00am, Monday 18 September 2023

2.

All eligible applicants attend a masterclass. Further details to be provided.

Friday 13 October 2023

3.

Upon conclusion of the masterclass, applicants will be invited to submit a reflective essay, with specific details to be provided at the masterclass.

Deadline for submission of reflective essay, 10am Monday 16 October 2023

4.

The Future Leaders MBA Scholarship selection committee conducts interviews with the finalists.

Thursday 16 November 2023

Future Leaders scholarship recipient announced.

We need to know a little bit more about you. Before completing the below entry form please make sure you have the following information:

  • Academic qualification details i.e. completion year and grade average;
  • A copy of your official transcript from the Registrar of your previous institution (with English translation); (Note that original copies of transcripts must be provided on request or prior to interview.)
  • A one to two page statement of motivation (PDF document) outlining:
    • how they demonstrate leadership experience and potential in their chosen field
    • what they hope to achieve professionally and personally by completing the University of Sydney MBA.
  • Curriculum Vitae (PDF document)
