Coaching Psychology

Graduates of the Coaching Psychology program will:

1. Develop an integrated and multidisciplinary understanding of relevant areas of psychology which underpin approaches and interventions in coaching psychology.
2. Analyse, synthesize and apply research findings to practice and adapt research findings to novel contexts to create positive outcomes and change.
3. Communicate and translate research findings and understandings from practice to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
4. Interpret research findings and methodologies to create and evaluate interventions for professional practice.
5. Resolve ethical dilemmas to develop professional and ethical capacities for individual and group contexts.
