International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot
The Sydney Law School will be hosting the International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot (IMLAM) in 2025 and 2026.
IMLAM 2025 will be held between 6 and 11 July 2025 in the New Law Building, University of Sydney, bringing together teams from around the world to showcase their legal knowledge and advocacy skills in strong competition on the subject of international maritime law.
Any arbitrators who would be interested in judging can fill in this form.
Cost: AUD $1,000 per team (inc GST)

There is a preliminary cap of 40 (forty) teams. However, this is for guidance only, and it is hoped that we will be able to accommodate all teams that enter.
In the first instance only one team will be accepted. For institutions that have multiple sub-institutions, please contact the moot director Tamer Morris tamer.morris@sydney.edu.au for clarification.
No, each team must be from a single institution.
There is a fee of AUD$1000. You will be sent an invoice for this amount and entry is provisional until the fee is paid. The fee must be paid by the time registrations close.
Registrations close on Tuesday, 11 February 2025.
