Cambodia is an important regional partner to Australia and we cooperate in multinational fora, including in efforts to address challenges such as people smuggling, terrorism and transnational crime. Cooperation on education, through the Australia Awards and the New Colombo Plan, has provided opportunities to thousands of students from Australia and Cambodia.
