Training and resources

The centre fosters cultural competence through capability-building workshops, online learning modules and resources to enhance professional and personal capabilities.

Internationalisation in Higher Education Symposium

We invite researchers and academics in the tertiary education sector, both Australian and international, to submit an abstract on key themes around this topic and register for the symposium taking place on Friday 29 November. The symposium aims to explore the challenges and opportunities arising from internationalisation, and how to foster cultural capabilities across university systems.

Transforming Lives: Cultural Competence at the Interface Symposium

On Monday 4 November, the National Centre for Cultural Competence (NCCC) will host a forum showcasing the many and varied cultural competence innovations that have been implemented across the University.

We acknowledge that we are on the land of the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation. This land has always been a learning space for many Aboriginal nations, and the NCCC draws strength and guidance from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, one of the oldest knowledge systems in the world.
