The research study is looking to recruit people who meet the following criteria:

• Women with breast cancer prior to commencing aromatase inhibitor treatment OR
• Women on newer systemic therapies for breast cancer, irrespective of the duration of treatment
• Women who are not on aromatase inhibitors, or other systemic anticancer therapies aged between 40 – 80 years as healthy controls
• Able to speak and understand English sufficiently 
• Participants will be excluded from the study if they meet exclusion criteria including:
  • Regular contact lens wear
  • Presence of any active eye allergies, eye infections, systemic conditions or use of topical medications likely to impact eyes other than artificial tears
  • Punctal cautery or plugs at any time, or recent eye surgery
  • Presence of health conditions such as an autoimmune disease, Steven-Johnson syndrome, or undergoing any anticancer treatment other than metastatic breast cancer therapy
