Testing of food for the glycemic index and other metabolic variables

Healthy, non-smoking people, aged 18 years or older, needed to participate in a nutrition research study.

Participation involves a series of 2-hour morning test sessions during which 8 finger-prick blood samples will be collected. You will be reimbursed for your time.


You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • Are over 18
  • Are a non-smoker
  • Are generally healthy
