This scholarship is valued at $2,000, for the recipient’s approved exchange session.
You must:
a. This Scholarship has been provided by the University of Sydney Business School to assist with the strategic direction of the School’s exchange program.
a. Candidates must have been approved by the University of Sydney to participate in an official exchange program, with a listed strategic partner institution, in the semester for which this Scholarship is being awarded.
b. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a coursework program administered by the University of Sydney Business School.
a. The Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit, specifically their Weighted Average Mark (WAM).
b. The Scholarship will be awarded on the nomination of the Associate Dean, or their nominee.
a. The Scholarship is valued at $2,000 and is paid as a one off payment.
b. Deferral of the Scholarship is not permitted without the prior permission of the Associate Dean and it is not transferable to another University school, faculty or university.
c. The Scholarship will be offered subject to the availability of funds.
d. No other amount is payable.
a. Recipients must undertake and successfully complete their approved exchange in the semester in which the Scholarship is offered for.
a. The Scholarship will be terminated if the recipient:
I. withdraws from an eligible course or fails to enrol,
II. does not undertake or satisfactorily complete their approved exchange,
III. does not maintain satisfactory academic performance,
IV. is determined by the University to be guilty of serious misconduct, including, but not limited to, having provided false or misleading information as part of their Scholarship application,
V. does not resume study at the end of a period of approved leave,
VI. any other provision as indicated in these terms that would lead to termination.
b. Once terminated, a scholarship will not be reinstated unless due to University error.
c. Where a student is found guilty of serious misconduct, withdraws from the relevant course, or does not attend the agreed upon exchange, the University reserves the right to request that any Scholarship funds paid to the Scholarship recipient be reimbursed.
