We will switch all registered participants and speakers from in person to online and no action is required from your end. You will be sent an email with event login details closer to the event date.
Refunds will be arranged for the difference in registration fees in between the in person and online conference ticket. Refunds will be processed automatically to the credit card used for your original registration and no action is required from you. Dinner and fieldtrip tickets will be refunded in full.

Our appointed Audio-Visual supplier, Encore Technologies, will send you a link to a Zoom webinar. On the day of your presentation you will join it to present. Detailed instructions will be circulated to presenters closer to the event date

We urge you to the register for the IAG NZGS conference as soon as possible. All presenters need to pay the registration fee to present at the event.
