Frequently asked questions

We will switch all registered participants and speakers from in person to online and no action is required from your end.  You will be sent an email with event login details closer to the event date.

There will be no significant changes to the speaker program.  There will be some minor changes to session timings which will be available on the live event program.

Refunds will be arranged for the difference in registration fees in between the in person and online conference ticket. Refunds will be processed automatically to the credit card used for your original registration and no action is required from you. Dinner and fieldtrip tickets will be refunded in full.

Registered participants will receive an email with their login details closer to the event date.

Our appointed Audio-Visual supplier, Encore Technologies, will send you a link to a Zoom webinar. On the day of your presentation you will join it to present. Detailed instructions will be circulated to presenters closer to the event date

The Postgraduate Day will be an online only event. Registered participants will receive an email with Zoom details closer to the event time.

We urge you to the register for the IAG NZGS conference as soon as possible. All presenters need to pay the registration fee to present at the event.

We are not planning to make the recording of the sessions available after the event.
