Take on an important role within the Peer Mentoring Program, as a ‘mentor to the mentors.’ You will support mentees indirectly, coordinate activities, provide guidance to mentors, and help ensure the program runs smoothly.
Mentoring is a fulfilling way to improve the experience of the first years you mentor and your own experience at university. As a Mentor, I have been involved in university life in a hands-on way, being a part of implementing activities like Welcome Day and Ther-A-Paws.

Lead mentors are recruited between August and October each year. Lead mentors undergo a selection process, including an interview. You will be contacted by your faculty/school with information about next steps during the next lead mentor intake.
