    Election process

The University Secretariat conducts student elections for Faculty Boards and University School Boards annually. A notice of election will be posted on the University Noticeboard to notify students of the election.

If at the close of nominations there are an equal number or fewer nominees than positions available, the nominees will be declared elected unopposed. If more nominees are received than positions available in any election, that election will proceed to a ballot.

    Information session

An information session will be held on Zoom by the Returning Officer for students interested in receiving further information about the elections process, the governing bodies and responsibilities of student representatives.

    Date: Wednesday, 11 August 2021
    Time: 2 – 2.45pm

Make sure to RSVP to secretariat@elections@sydney.edu.au if you wish to attend this Information Session.

A Zoom link will then be sent to you.
